Cancer Treatment Guides
You’re probably thinking, “CANCER!?! Wait, me?! How?! I ate clean, did my daily affirmations, stayed active. I drank the celery juice, did the ginger shots, even downed the sea moss gel. How do I have f*cking cancer!?! WTF?!”
We get it. We wish we had the answer to why. The truth is, cancer doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t care how old you are, what gender you are, or what you do for a living. You could be a vegan, on keto, running marathons, or living the couch potato life. We don’t know why it strikes, but what we do know are some tools that can help you navigate the journey ahead. That’s what we’re here for—to help in any way we can. Even if you walk away from this blog with just one quote or tip, or if you soak up every word—we hope it serves you whenever you, or someone you love, needs it.
Also, a quick note on the vibe here: We don’t sugarcoat. Cancer. Isn’t. Cute. It’s not frilly and dressed in lace, wrapped in pink ribbons. Don’t get us wrong, we love pink, but we’re not going to pretend this journey is a walk in the park. It takes serious strength and courage. And we’re here to remind you that YOU have that strength deep inside. This process will wake you up in ways you never thought possible. And hey, if you want to rock pink, do it! But you won’t find “live, laugh, love” quotes here. We keep it real, we keep it honest.
Think of these blogs as your guide. Start with whatever speaks to you. Each post is packed with everything we learned along our own journeys. It’s a lot, so take your time. Take notes, and keep what works for YOU. Just like everyone’s different, every BODY is different. How we each handled chemo and surgery was different, with completely different symptoms and reactions. So go at your own pace, blast through it or come back for a little knowledge when you need it. We, and these resources, will always be here for you.
And remember: This doesn’t define you. It’s just a chapter.
Sending all our love,
Kesley & Blythe
